Magdeburg, Germany. 24th Oct, 2024. A Red Vari sticks its head into a Halloween pumpkin at Magdeburg Zoo to look for food inside. The pumpkin was carved by trainees from Magdeburg Zoo, where preparations for this year's Halloween have begun. Halloween will be celebrated at the zoo from October 31, 2024 to November 1, 2024. Visitors can then estimate pumpkin weights or carve their own pumpkins and either take them home or feed them to the animals together with the zookeepers. On November 1, 2024, there will also be an autumn market. Credit: Klaus-Dietmar Gabbert/dpa/Alamy Live News-stock-photo
